Shipping & Returns


Orders are posted during the week with Royal Mail 2nd Class, so should be with you 2 - 3 days after posting. We aim to post orders out 1 - 2 days after they are received. Please note that current conditions in postal may create delays beyond this timeframe. If your order hasn't been received within 7 days of receiving a dispatch notification please get in touch. We are currently posting to customers within the UK only - we are looking to extend this and offer more delivery options in the future!


All products are mindfully wrapped in sustainable postage packaging that is recyclable. It's our mission to partner with brands and suppliers who share our love for people, animals and the environment, so any product packaging also aligns with our ethos.


You can cancel and return an online order within 14 days of receipt. Please email with your order number, items to return and reason for return. Returned items must be undamaged and unopened in it's original packaging and sent to us within 14 days of your email. In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed skin products or earrings. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable. You can choose between a full refund or store credit for returned items. The original shipping fee is not refundable. You will be credited for the return within 14 days of our receipt, provided items are in the conditions stated above. Refunds can only be given using the method of the original sale (PayPal or card). Please note that the shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective. If any items are faulty or damaged please email us with your order number and photos of the items in question.
