For those wishing to participate in Bliss Remedies yoga classes, it is essential that you adhere to the following points:


Have been given permission by a Doctor to do yoga.

Understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body.

I accept that the teacher is not liable in anyway for any injury or damages to the person or property resulting from taking the class.

By joining any of the classes with Bliss Remedies/Caroline, I am agreeing to the above points.
