Gentle yoga classes taught with care, purpose and passion

I started a regular yoga practise 4 years ago after suffering from burn out and stress. In a very short period of time, I started to feel stronger, both physically and mentally. Yoga helped me gain resilience to overcome challenges. My journey and passion began for yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness which I found helped me in daily life to feel calm, balanced and strong. A few years later I had the opportunity to train as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in which I qualified in 2020. I have gained the knowledge and the tools to be able to share this wonderful yoga lifestyle with the world.


Everyone is welcome in my classes including beginners. You’ll enjoy a gentle class including yoga asanas (postures), breathwork and meditation with a sprinkling of yoga philosophy. I encourage everyone to give yoga a try. I’m looking forward to welcoming you and helping you to feel blissful.

A slow, gentle and relaxing 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class. Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath. It can be thought of as flowing into postures which is why it is sometimes called Flow Yoga. Caroline’s teaching style is compassionate, caring and inclusive. This class is suitable for beginners and all levels. Please have a yoga mat, blanket and yoga block ready for the class, and wear appropriate clothing.
